Shibu Baby John (born - 27 July 1963) is the present Labour Minister. He is also the only Engineer in Kerala cabinet. He is also the General Secretary of Revolutionary Socialist Party (Baby John) party based in Kerala, India.

Son of Shri Baby John and Smt. Annamma Baby John; born at Kollam on 27th July 1963; B.Tech (Mechanical); Business man.

Active figure in the political and social spheres in Kerala for over a decade; led many agitations against anti-people policies as a leader in the youth wing of R.S.P.(B); was an Industrialist and Trade Union Leader of various sectors.
