Smt. Yashodhara Raje Scindia was born on June 19, 1954. She was educated abroad. She has been associated with social work right from early age. Smt. Yashodhara Raje Scindia has been member of managing committee of Gwalior’s Scindia Girls College and A.M.I. Shishu Mandir. She has been Vice-Chairperson of National Animal Welfare Board, New Delhi and Vice-President of Equestrian and Polo Association, New Delhi. Smt. Scindia was included in Madhya Pradesh’s Council of Ministers on December 4, 2005. Smt. Scindia was elected Member of Parliament from Gwalior in year 2009.
Smt. Scindia was elected for 14th Vidhan Sabha from Shivpuri seat. She took oath as Cabinet Minister on December 21, 2013.
